张茹，1999年9月2日出生于河南省焦作市。2018年，张茹开始参加WCBA联赛，先后效力于河南女篮和内蒙古女篮。2021-22赛季，张茹帮助内蒙古女篮获得总冠军，她也入选了该赛季全明星阵容。2023年1月，张茹入选2022-2023赛季WCBA全明星赛正赛北区名单。
国家队生涯，张茹代表中国女篮先后参加了2020年东京奥运会、2022年女篮世界杯、2023年女篮亚洲杯、2024年巴黎奥运会等赛事。
